On-the-Road Lessons (During Business Hours) - $65 per 1-Hour Lesson

After Hours & Weekend Driving Lessons - $85 per 1-Hour Lesson

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SERVICES ARE PRE-PAID. 

Vouchers shall be processed and paid before service will be scheduled. It is strongly recommended that parents, 21 yrs & up with a valid driver's license, contribute to the learning process by taking their new drivers out to practice the skills taught during the formal driving lessons.

I.  Classroom Instruction:
 

DMV 5-Hour Pre-licensing Course [10 Students Minimum]: Required for ALL New NYS Driving Permit Holders

• 5-Clocked Hours of Traffic Safety Education Instruction
• MV-278 is Granted

The Schedule for 5-Hour Courses is:

Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the Month is  11 AM - 4 PM

Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the Month is 4 PM - 9 PM

*Picture ID must be presented & payment must be made upon arrival ON THE DAY OF the class.                

Insurance/Point Reduction Course: [10 Students Minimum] 

• 6-Hour Course (Available Online)
• DMV approved for 4-point point reduction on driving violations record

II. Behind-the-Wheel Practical Driving Sessions

Vehicles used are DMV Certified, have safety devices equipped, and are commercially insured. 

All Driving Lessons Include:

Pre-and-Post Discussions on Skills Practiced for the Day

In-Town (Home Office Limits, Up to Downtown Areas of: Lakewood, Falconer, and Frewsburg) Rates for 60-Min Driving Instruction:  ......................................................$65

Out-of-Town (Outside the City Limits and the Above Designated Downtown Areas) Rates for 90-Min (Due to Increased Distance) Driving Instruction:  ............................................$65

* Travel Time Rate of $65 per Hour or a Mileage fee applies for locations beyond a 12-mile radius (at Current Federal Rate) for Out-of-Town Driving (whichever is agreed to ahead of time)

PLEASE NOTE: All driving lesson payments must be made to the instructor or the company BEFORE or ON THE DAY OF the scheduled lesson. If multiple sessions are desired, payment must be made in advance of those planned sessions. Outside of an agreement, rates are subject to change without prior notice due to gas price increases and increases in vehicle maintenance expenses.  

III. Canceling Driving Lessons:

Refund Policy: a driving lesson that is paid for and scheduled but not completed within 90 days shall be refunded within 30 days upon student's/client's request.

*Any cancellation made less than 24 hours BEFORE a scheduled driving lesson, without a verifiable emergency, will be subject to a fee equal to the full lesson price. Payment of this fee is due at the time of the NEXT scheduled lesson.

IV. Driver's Education for Public Schools:

AADVANCE DRIVER TRAINING, LLC, is prepared to sub-contract driving sessions for public school systems that wish to partner for that service.

V. Administrative Work:

For any private, public, state, or federal agency referral that requires administrative work beyond standard driving instruction services, additional fees will apply. This includes, but is not limited to, office processing, voucher handling, documentation, record-keeping, billing and invoicing, mailing of documents, preparation of individual student progress reports, assessment write-ups, reporting requirements, and any other work performed for the referring agency.

Please be advised that AADVANCE DRIVER TRAINING, LLC, will assess reasonable hourly rates for such additional administrative services as follows:
 

• In Town (Home Office City Limits) Hourly Rate: ........................................ $60 each
