Driving School / L.L.C. company policies, protocols, operation, guidelines, & procedures:
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SERVICES ARE PRE-PAID. Vouchers shall be processed, billed, paid, and then service will be scheduled. Also, it is strongly recommended that parents, 21 yrs & up with a valid driver's license, contribute to the learning process by taking their new drivers in the family out to practice the skills taught during the formal driving lessons.
I. Classroom instruction:
1. DMV-5 Seminar fees: $35 - ($5 discount when preregistering using the form on our website)
DMV 5-Hour Pre-licensing Course [10 students minimum] Required to all new NYS driving permit holders - 5-Cloc
hours of traffic safety education instruction. MV-278 is granted. Picture ID must be presented & payment must be
made upon arrival and attendance on the day of the class.
2. IPR Seminar fees: $35, ($5 discount when preregistering using the form on our website)

Insurance/Point Reduction Course: [10 students minimum] Receive up to 12% off of auto insurance premium when
taking this 6-hour traffic & driver safety skill refresher course. Also, DMV approved for 4-point reduction off driving
violations record.
II. Behind-the-wheel practical driving sessions. Vehicles used are DMV certified, safety-devices equipped, and commercially insured. All driving lessons include pre-and-post discussions on skills practiced for the day. Payment must be made at the start of each driving session, and a receipt shall be given. Or, if multiple lessons are contracted, the school can & shall also accept/collect full payment in advance of service.
In-Town (Jamestown city limits, up to downtown area of: Lakewood, Falconer, and Frewsburg) Rates for 60-minute formal driving for regular individual instruction: .................................................................................................................$ 40
Out-Of-Town (outside the city of Jamestown limits and outside the above designated downtown areas) Rates for 90-minute (due to increased distance from city instruction area) driving instruction: ...........................................................$90
Canceling Driving Lessons:
- Non-emergency, verifiable, cancellation of a driving lesson with less than a 24-hr notice shall be assessed a charge that
equals full price of that driving lesson, and must be paid together with the next scheduled lesson.
Refund Policy: a driving lesson that is paid for and scheduled but not completed within 90 days shall be refunded within 30
days upon student's/client's request.
For any private, public, state or federal agency referral business that involves additional clerical and office work & effort extra and beyond the "Service/Receipt" regular driving instruction; like administrative and business office processing, including but not limited to: any additional work above & beyond the regular lessons, voucher processing, documenting, additional record-keeping, billing/invoicing, document mailing, generating of individual student's written progress report, assessment write-ups and reporting, all for purpose of referring agency, as well as appropriate and timely compensation, please be advised that AADVANCE DRIVER TRAINING, LLC, shall be assessing the per-hour, fair, just, & equitable rates as follows:
In town (Jamestown City limits) hourly rate: ........................................$60 each
Out-of-town (Outside the city of Jamestown limits) hourly rate: ........$90 each
Driver Evaluation rate, in-town:.............................................................. $80 each
Driver Evaluation rate, out-of-town:.......................................................$110 each
(travel time rate of $80 per hour (at 15-minute increments) or mileage (at current federal rate) shall apply for out of town driving, whichever would be agreed to ahead of time)
Please NOTE: All driving lesson payments must be made to the instructor or the company, prior to, or on the day of scheduled lesson, and prior to commencement of that lesson. If multiple sessions are desired, payment must be made in advance of those planned sessions. Outside of an agreement, rates are subject to change without prior notice due to gas price increases, inflation, cost of living increases, and increases in vehicle maintenance expenses.
Possible options for multi-lessons, depending on the regular driver's experience level & needs, full payment must be made on the day of each service for each lesson, or in full, for all lessons, prior to the service planned:
1. N-10+1, Novice level, 10 driving sessions + Road test trip / or a bonus driving lesson (whichever feasible):
Beginner package: ten formal driving lessons and a road test trip. A wide range of instruction that allows a
new driver to gain experience in residential, city, rural & expressway driving.
2. INT-6+1, Intermediate level, 6 driving sessions+ Road test trip / or a bonus driving lesson (whichever feasible):
Six formal driving lessons and a road test trip for a student who has some informal driving experience,
and would like to learn about the proficient level
3. PRO-3, Proficient level, 3 driving sessions.
Three formal driving lessons for a student who has moderate driving experience, but, would like to improve
in busy city traffic areas.
4. ADV-2, Advanced level, 2 driving sessions.
Two refresher driving sessions in urban environment and busy traffic areas to maximize interaction and
sharing the road with other drivers.
5. PRACTICE - Practice driving skills with a professionally certified and licensed instructor to better improve defensive
driving technique and skills. As many sessions as agreed upon, after an educated evaluation & discussion.
Driver's Education for public schools:
AADVANCE DRIVER TRAINING, LLC, is prepared to sub-contract driving sessions for public school systems that
wish to partner for that service. Please contact us to discuss rates and other details.
